Shipping Policy
At Walking On A Cloud we ship with UPS, and Canada Post.
We use Canada Post for all orders going to a PO Box, and UPS for all other orders unless UPS can not deliver to your shipping address.
Walkingonacloud.ca/com will send you a shipping confirmation by email when we ship your item.
You will also receive a shipping/tracking number, which will allow you to track your order's progress, via the UPSonline tools, available at www.ups.com. and Canada Post Tracking
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or temporarily delayed, we will inform you of the delay.
Most orders are processed within 72 hours and will arrive within 1-7 business days.

Online Order Shipping:
Due to shipping constraints, we’re facing extended processing and shipping timelines on many items of up to 7-14 business days. In some cases, there will be a delay from when your shipping label is created. Some items are subject to further processing lead times.
Multi Items ordered together will all be shipped out together which could contribute to further processing lead times.
You will not receive a tracking number at the time of order.
You will be Emailed the tracking information once your order is double checked and ready to ship out.
